A tracking number is always provided to client after dispatch. It remains the client’s responsibility to make a follow up with the Courier Company.

After an order leaves our premises, we will not allow any exchanges or returns.

Once a parcel has been dispatched, it remains the responsibility of the client to follow up on their parcel until delivery takes place.

Should a client request that her parcel be recalled after dispatch, the client will not be refunded their shipping fee, as it was used to dispatch the parcel.

In an event whereby the parcel is lost, or cannot be located, the store will not effect any refund, but will send out a replacement.
